Easy to use and Easy to set up

The website list frequently asked questions, but then you cant click on them or see any answers to them. Tried multiple times to set up switched, and they just wont connect (2.4 wifi)

It wont work with my 5ghz wifi connection, and Im not messing with my router and lowering my speed just so this POS will work. Hard pass. And I was so excited to try these.

The Crestin smart plugs are perfect and simple to use. The app is easy to navigate and the plugs are easy to set up.

If you have google wifi and an iPhone you will not be able to use this product. it requires you connect to 2.4 ghz wifi. google wifi is dual band (5 and 2.4) and will not let you give separate names to each band. iPhone will not let you choose which band to connect to (it will always connect to the 5ghz). insane workarounds found on the internet: 1. walk really far away from your router (because the 2.4ghz travels farther) to do your set up... this failed 4 times for me. 2. set up a personal hotspot with the same credentials as your wifi network, do the setup, and then turn off the hotspot. this also failed multiple times. at the end of the day, i simply cannot use the product at all.

These things are useless. Spend the extra money for another brand. They don’t connect no matter what you do. Sending these back.
