The whole process was easy. Downloading the app & instructions for setting up. Now we can control lights from our phone when away.

It doesnt work with my Alexa!!!

Bought the 2 pack Crestin smart plugs. I Had both of them set up and integrated into my Google home in about 15 minutes. Came with easy instructions.

These things are useless. Spend the extra money for another brand. They don’t connect no matter what you do. Sending these back.

Item is used. Security sticker was placed back on. Also could tell inner packaging was damaged. Tried pairing using several of the methods and none worked. I’ll just eat the cost of this one.

I was skeptical about these smart plugs, but I had a discount coupons, so I decided to try them out. Set-up was as instructed in the tiny instruction pamphlet. They have been working for over a month. I can control lights in my condo remotely and thats exactly what I wanted and thats what I got. I unplugged a smart outlet once for the vacuum cleaner and easily reset the smart plug. That was the only interruption in service due to users error. I am thinking about buying a few more.

Can be a pain to setup on dual-band routers since it will only connect to 2.4 gig WiFi.

The Crestin smart plugs are perfect and simple to use. The app is easy to navigate and the plugs are easy to set up.
