CRU WiebeTech Programmable Mouse Jiggler MJ-3 (Single Unit)

My IT department is so ridiculous to the point of setting up my computer to lock me out every five minutes of inactivity. It got to be so annoying that Id be sitting right there to watch it happen. After logging back onto my computer multiple times a day (like 20), I had enough of it. Doing some research, I found this mouse jiggler. It works awesome! You plug it in and you dont even know its working. If you dont touch your computer, every minute this thing will move the mouse (cursor) about an 1/8 inch to keep it awake. In fact, my computer never logs off. The good thing is my office is secured if Im not there. If security is a concern, this device isnt for you. However, if you dont want to log onto your computer over and over, youll love this thing.

This is a must-have device for anyone who uses VPN.

This works great! Only downside is that they are cheaply made, so this is my 2nd mouse jiggler in the course of a year.

Low profile and keeps the PC awake!! Perfect for the telecommuter

If you telework this is a must have. I plugged it in right from the package and waited and waited. The light never changed from green to yellow. I was able to work from home and clean up with no problems from this little device. This little thing is pretty nice.

The product does just what is suppose to. Its a blessing for me.

Reliable item, does work in all conditions while using the mouse

The target customer for this device is someone whose machine is so corporately locked down that the programmable feature of this device is not an option. So what is the out-of-the-box behavior? I wrote a quick program that tracks mouse movement and plugged this device straight from its packaging. (Milliseconds are shown after the decimal place.) Great device to add to company-furnished laptop. The company IT wizards set up computers to automatically log out very quickly which is not a problem for folks who spend the entire day at the keyboard. For multi-taskers that is a real nuisance having to log in every time the computer is needed. This device keeps you logged in until you shut down.

I am not impressed with this product because it stopped working today and it is just 4 months of use. I did not enjoyed the value of the money at all. Hopefully, I can find a better product that will last longer than 4 months.
