Sell on volume and make way more money. I would have a hard time spending 39.99. 59.99 or 69.99 no way. Most of us watch movies off of our television or home theater. We dont need your product. This isnt ripping on you its opening your eyes to reality. It would simply be nice to have the convience of having your program on a PC. In other words we can live without it. And Millions of people do. So wake up and make a bunch more money selling at a larger volume or continue to make a killing once in a while at a ridiculous price.

Ive always used Cyberlink whenever I had a trial version pop up on my computers and always loved it, but could never afford the full program and was sad when my trial period ended. This is great video software, everything Ive watched so far has been crystal clear, the colors vibrant and overall, my viewing experience has improved a lot. Software was easy to install, I had it up and running in about a half an hour, I believe it would have been much faster had I not been answering emails and doing other things on my laptop at the same time. Im very happy with Cyberlink. Overall, a great experience, from install to viewing.

The CyberLink Power DVD software was easy to install on my laptop. Nothing hung up during install, and the program seems quite responsive. However, I find that the software doesnt do anything to improve the ease or performance of playing BluRay or 4K DVDs, watching TV online, or streaming 4K YouTube to my 4K TV that I couldnt already do with the original DVD player and the software that came with the computer, including organizing the digitized collection.

I have used Powerdvd for many years…recently purchased a new computer and had in to install. I even use this to stream movies from my computer to my TV through the HDMI connection on the computer and it is still a great quality. I have found very few formats that won’t play if you just add appropriate components. Highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this product, has a lot of features and probably so many that you want to use all of them but in my experience the teachers do work very well for what they do. I do use this as my primary media player and it does seem like it has increased the quality and resolution that I see in my movies and pictures so I’m happy with that. I feel that it could be a little easier as far as understanding the functionality but there are a ton of training videos at your disposal. I am using this on a medium a gaming PC with a 3060 TI video card so I should mention that as well. I do like that it comes with cloud functionality included one year which is pretty nice. overall I feel like this is a great video software that can replace a lot of the features that windows offers if you’re comfortable with the price.

They’ve discontinued 3D. That’s not good to me!

Ive used a couple CyberLink PowerDVD in the past and its always been easy to use. The installation was pretty painless and it completed without any issues. Plays all my media and in good quality too. Works fine on my gaming laptop. Highly recommended!

I think Cyberlink should discount their products as being add supported. After all, you get adds in the program all the time trying to sell more software. Another annoyance is the need to create a Cyberlink account to download software updates - which you need to do right out of the box. And any time the product needs updating, you have to wade through tons of adds to find the right link for the download vs an upgrade. If you make it through all of the annoyances, this player does play a variety of video files with an interface that is well thought out and easy to use. And yes, it does play Blu-ray discs. But there are free open ware players out there that play most any file. While they are not as user friendly to use without digging into settings, they are free. There may be some specific uses for this player that, for some select few, justify the price. Or perhaps if you really enjoy watching physical disc movies on your PC, this might be what you want.

I got this software for only one reason… after getting myself a Blu-ray disk drive, I still could not watch my movies because the format was no able to be read on the native media software. With this software, I was able to watch my movies plus it gave me access to some other file formats which I previously could not view. Did the job well, highly recommended.

I purchased this Cyberlink PowerDVD 22 Ultra software to play 4K UHD Blu-ray discs on my MSI TITAN GT77 4K laptop computer with an 11th generation Intel CPU. The PowerDVD 22 software NO LONGER SUPPORTS either Blu-ray or 4K UHD Blu-ray disc playback. Unfortunately, I learned this AFTER buying a new laptop, 4K optical drive, Sony OLED A95K TV, and this useless Cyberlink PowerDVD 22 Ultra software.... Caveat Emptor. FYI - I also tried the VLC player and DIVX player software with no luck.
