We actually bought two of these computers one for each of the kids. The first one worked for a couple weeks and then it stopped. I called Amazon support and they tried to get through to the company with no luck. I tried the company three different times leaving messages because it kept saying no one is available. I found a place to submit a ticket online. No one ever contacted me and I got an email that my ticket was resolved and asking me to rate my service even though I was never contacted. I responded that it was not resolved and no one has even tried to resolve it. My son needed the computer for school so I finally bit the bullet and went into a local repair shop. Turns out the USB ports that connect the monitor just stopped working.

First computer I bought was piece of junk. Returned for a second and now the second has turned into noise machine two months in. Completely and utter useless piece metal. Dont buy these worthless computers. Youll end up with a noise machine.

Great PC! Handles all my games with ease. Very fast i5 processor. CyberPowerPC used good parts on the build at a very reasonable price. My CyberPower PC did not have any of the usual bloatware associated with a pre-built PC installed. Very nice case and good cable management. I am very impressed. A+

The pc arrived in perfect condition. I was originally worried if it would make it through shipping unscathed but it was no problem at all. They package it with lots of styrofoam and cushioning. It also came with a very nice keyboard and mouse which I appreciate. The pc itself runs very well, any game I throw at it runs smoothly and I can run heavy art programs like Blender very efficiently. I tested VR on it as well and it ran good. Be aware though that if you use a quest link cable the model I got didnt have a USB-C port so youll need some kind of adapter. I also tested streaming on this and it ran good even at 1920x1080 with 60 fps. Overall really great pc.

Overall I enjoyed everything from the shipment to the use of this computer. Everything arrived as ordered. Will definitely recommend this product.

Unit is quiet and doesnt draw much power at all compared to my Alienware Desktop. Hooked up the Oculus Rift S for VR and man this thing is awesome. Cant wait to add onto my unit with a UPS system. This unit was delivered fast and had zero issues other than getting the Oculus to connect after a few days of trial and error.

This pc handles most games pretty well , i play overwatch and ark on max settings and it runs perfect. Absolutely no regrets.
