> 3 dayI had a sample of these from pediatrician and then bought Gerber D+ probiotics. Don’t make my mistake, stick with these. It’s amazingly annoying to have to dispense 5 oily drops of something instead of just 1. This dropper is also more reliable and predictable. Nobody’s got time for more oil stains of unknown origin. As far as flavor I never tried them but he seemed to like them at first. At 11 months he seems less interested/ indifferent.

> 3 daySo unlike with my last babies this is simply put on your finger or nipple and then given to the baby rather then with a Syringe. Sanitation wise, I don’t love that I put it on my finger and then in my daughters mouth. I usually just try and tap it out onto my nipple instead but then it’s hard to tell if I dispersed a drop or not. Sometimes I tap it once and get a giant drop other times 3/4 times before one comes out. Overall those It’s a nice product. Overall I believe infants need the extra vitamins and this is the brand my pediatrician recommends and trusts which is why I switched to it. he’s a great doctor with many years in the field and I’ve been with him since the birth of my first so I trust his recommendations.

> 3 dayOrdered Ddrops and Upspring drops since they appeared to be basically the same (fractionated coconut oil is the only ingredient besides vitamin D) and Upspring was less expensive. I’ll be buying the Ddrops from now one for the dispenser alone. Both really were flavorless (I tasted), neither caused any gastric disturbance for my baby, but Ddrops was far easier to dispense (and let’s face it, none are easy - picture coordinating a squirming, hungry baby and drop rolling - you’ve got about 10 seconds). I expected Ddrops to have a dropper because of other reviews, but you just turn the bottle upside down and wait for the drop. Upspring was similar, but it’s hard to get a full drop and it didn’t drip well from the bottle. Ddrops is much better.

29-03-2025Good ingredients, no unnecessary additives. I use it for my newborn who is breastfeeding. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s 0.08 mL in that bottle. It’s less than 1/8 full. So the quantity for the price doesn’t equate in my head. It’s really disappointing when they don’t just fill up the whole bottle.

> 3 dayI want to say first I havent used any other types of vitamin D. My experience with this has been a good one. My baby didnt have any adverse reactions to the drops. The only complaint it is harder the know if the 1 single drop was actually ingested because its only 1 single drop. Trying to get a drop on a nipple with a wiggly baby is hard enough, once its on then my baby moves her head towards me and Im not sure if the drop transferred to her face or got in her mouth. Once baby started eating solids its been a whole new story. I cant imagine using any other product. In all I recommend , my advice is to give on your finger, pacifier, or spoon because the breastfeeding method is harder then it would seem. Also keep in mind if you purchase the bottle is not full, its only about 1/4 a bottle. It clearly states this on the box.

Greater than one weekWay better than the prescription vitamin d that is overly sweet and is butterscotch flavor that the pediatrician prescribed. My newborn hated it, I tried it and it the amount of sweetness made my mouth feel disgusting. Found these drops and they have a butterty unflavored sweetness to them. The drop coats the mouth and cant be spit out, baby didnt hate it and didnt gag or spit it out due to the taste unlike the prescription. Super easy to administer, not sure why people are complaining, definitely a user error situation. I sometimes miss because my baby moves but its rare to miss since the drop is slow and can calculate when it will drop and thats when I open my babys mouth.
