Works better than expected, great product, fill up the water container in 5 days

After having it for some weeks I will say it has collected moisture from the air. The only problem is that I wish I would have gotten the bigger one. My room is not as big and I thought the smaller one would work better. In the mornings my walls still have a lot of moisture so the machine might need some help. The colors are so pretty and the noise is not bad at all. My advice is go bigger. :)

I love this little humidifier but now that I’ve had it for a few weeks, I’ve realized it’s not strong enough even for my very small bathroom. I wish I had purchased the larger one. Just be aware of that. Update: Customer Service contacted me and they were super professional about everything. They addressed my concerns and offered me a full refund. I decided not to go with that but they are sending me the bigger one instead free of charge. Very happy with this experience. Wish more companies were like this. Thank you so much!

Ive had this for quite awhile now and before I got this (we dont have a fan in the bathroom) mold would start growing on the ceiling from lack of not drying out completely. However now we dont get mold in there. It works wonderful and have no regrets on this purchase

For our bathroom with moisture issues, this has worked well. Easy to empty. The light is a bonus.

This little thing is strong and powerful. We have a smart thermostat and every time the humidity gets above 60% we kick this think on. It works great and it’s amazing how much moisture it pulls out of the air

I had a small flood in a utility closet. Afterwards, some areas of the concrete were not drying. I also had concerns about mildew so I needed a dehumidifier. This one by Makayla was right for the size. After setting it up, the concrete dried very quickly. Ive left it running pretty much non-stop ever since (a few months) and there havent been any functional problems. And admittedly, I get a kick out of those lights reflecting through the water. Good night light for the utility closet. My only real issue with the product is that it makes a terrible ruckus when it is first turned on after emptying a full tank of water. This did not occur the very first time it was used. Regardless of which mode you use, theres a loud whirring type of mechanical whine. So far, the sound has always gone back to normal after a few minutes. Except for this start-up issue, both modes sound fine and dont bother me. Although there were instructions not to mention this, I received a post card in the mail asking me to write a five star review. It also said that if I had any issue with the product, I should e-mail them first.
