Dove Dry Serum Antiperspirant Deodorant, Jasmine Touch, Jasmine,1.7 Oz

Love! I hate being able to smell my deodorant. With others I’ve used as the day goes on you can start to smell the deodorant, which I suppose is still much better than smelling odor... this is the first stuff I’ve found where that isn’t an issue. First time I’ve purchased something like this online. I generally like to buy in store where I can smell it before purchasing. But I’m glad I did. I went with the jasmine scent even though I don’t generally like jasmine scented things. This is very lightly scented. Smells fresh, not overly floral. But once you put it on, that’s it. You don’t really smell it again. Keeps me dry all day, even through 3 hours at the gym!

I will say this is for a medium almost high level, my daughter get it for her, she needs something very strong but it didnt work out for her, I need something strong but not like her and I tried and this is my favorite deodorant.

Love the smell and the feel but the bottle is horrible. I like throwing this in my purse for emergencies but the cap keeps falling off and it took me forever to “fix” the twist dial so the deodorant would come out. If you buy this you have a chance of getting one that does not allow you to get the deodorant out.

I have tried many different kinds of anti-perspirants and deodorants in the past and Dove stick is the only one I will buy now. I have used it for years and it still works great. This dry serum doesnt really improve upon the stick. It works just as well, but with a different form. You need to twist the bottom with every application since the cream comes up through two little openings on the smooth curved plastic top. You then smooth the plastic with the cream around on your armpits. It dries within seconds. There is a warning on the label that you should consult your doctor if you have kidney disease and is the same warning that is on the invisible solid stick. This is not very comforting even thought I dont have kidney disease but does make me wonder how safe it actually is to absorb into my skin. I do remember reading about the risks of using products containing forms of aluminum which may be the ingredient culprit that prompts this warning. Anyway, this product does work but I do prefer the stick since I am not really a fan of rubbing the plastic around on my skin. A solid stick just feels better to me. The scent does last all day and is a pleasant, clean fragrance. At the time of this review the retail price was around $11 for 1.7 oz which seems a bit steep but the product works to control perspiration and odor.

I really like this type of antiperspirant...I normally dont care for a liquid type, but this is a really nice light cream. It dispenses well, so that you can apply as much or as little as you like. I didnt notice any transfer on my clothing either. The fragrance is really light, which is great because I dont want it to interfere with my perfume. This just feels really soft on my skin and seems to work a really long time. I havent used in the heat of summer but so far in milder temperatures I am very impressed with this new Dove antiperspirant!

Well, I never thought Id get this excited about a deodorant, but here it is: I adore this deodorant. There are several reasons. First of all, it smells really, really great. I love jasmine, so I was always going to be biased, anyway. Dont expect to go around waving your armpits at the world, suddenly transforming that metro car into a flower-scented boudoir, or anything, but you will notice a lingering scent of flowers around your underarms for a while. And: you will remain dry. Dove claims that the dryness will hold for 48 hours, and I HAVE not tested that theory, since I reapply and/or shower before that, but when I wake up, I have no dewy feel under my arms. At ALL. This Dove Dry Serum Antiperspirant/Deodorant feels silky (its a dry gel-like texture when you apply it) upon application, and theres no feeling of wetness at all, ever. I will definitely buy this again. I have been using Nivea for years, but I am quite impressed with this product. Ive never tried Dove deodorant, but I like staying dry, and I quite like the scent.

I love this deodorant. It glides on easily, helps to reduce odor and doesn’t stain my clothing. I highly recommend it. It isn’t the cheapest but it’s by far the best I’ve used.

The scent of this product is very light and pleasant. It wont over power any other scent you may want to wear. It goes on very smoothly, and I do think my underarms are smoother and softer after three weeks of daily use. As for its effectiveness as a deodorant and antiperspirant, I found it does the job; however, I have not used it on a hot summer day, so I cannot speak on that. Overall, I recommend this. I have been a Secret user for many years, but I may consider a change.
