If you are washing laundry with cold water, be prepared to melt these Downy beads with hot water first before pouring the fabric softener into the laundry. Otherwise, you will end up with a lot of little beads on your clothing.

Very difficult to find locally. I use the unscented. Seems to be working, my new scrub tops still look good.

I know that the result on my fabric isnt that different from a typical softener. I love it so much more than regular softener. It doesnt spill, get gunky, or take up a lot of space on my shelf. I can put it in a cute jar and it looks great instead of clunky. Also it has a smaller foot print per load when it comes to the recycling can.

I like how it keeps the sweaters from pilling.
