I was first introduced to Defy via a Shaq commercial. I am a Flight Attendant so my uniforms are the first impression of me most passengers see. After years of replacing my uniforms every 3-6 months due to Pilling, Fading, fraying & just plain worn out look at $550-$750 (dress-$120 x2, skirt-$80, pants $65 x2, vest-$48, Blazer $150, shirket-$65 x2 sweater $60, button up shirts $45 x4 & silk scarf $35x2) these are mandatory & must always be in top condition. Once I started using Defy I saw the immediate difference in the appearance (pilling & fading) immediately. Originally I used the fresh scent & combined w/Downy Cotton scent beads & Fresh scent Wrinkle Guard liquid fabric softner & wrinkle guard sheets. I prefere the unscented as I can use my Dreft scent beads w/Unscented Defy & unscented Downy liquid softner along w/unscented wrinkle guard sheets. My dark blue uniforms no longer misshapen, pilling or faded plus very soft/not stiff also if something splashes it justvroll off the fabric instead of immediately soaking in (drink carts & mild turbulence causes splashes & sometimes total spills). I cannot find Defy anywhere in Southwest Ohio. This seller is reliable, quick, smart packaging & does NOT price gouge-pricing is equal or less than pricing originally in stores This is my 2nd time ordering from this shop. I will continue ordering as long as this shop has the product. Im beginning to fear Downy will or already has discontinued this amazing, hands down BEST product on the market-especially for working professionals.

We have really hard water. This product seems to make our clothes softer and not make them look old and warn out like washing without using this .

Keeps clothes from fading.

If you are washing laundry with cold water, be prepared to melt these Downy beads with hot water first before pouring the fabric softener into the laundry. Otherwise, you will end up with a lot of little beads on your clothing.

No fading colors

I know that the result on my fabric isnt that different from a typical softener. I love it so much more than regular softener. It doesnt spill, get gunky, or take up a lot of space on my shelf. I can put it in a cute jar and it looks great instead of clunky. Also it has a smaller foot print per load when it comes to the recycling can.
