I have been using this wonderful soap for years now. It is so invigorating and does quite well on sensitive skin. There is no drying out my skin or any residue left on my skin and it’s purity allows me to use it to clean scratches and scrapes. By buying this soap from Amazon I saved quite a bit

Love Dr. Bronners products, and this peppermint soap did not disappoint. Adds zing to the shower!

We’ve used Dr. Bronners for years!! We use it to mop our wood floors. Because it is oil based it leaves a nice shine. And the ability to pick up dirt on that very dirty floor (3 dogs) is awesome! I also use it to clean my stainless steel appliances- works like a charm! And to clean tables and countertops! Of course we originally started using it as our body soap in the shower! Great stuff! Love the naturally derived ingredients! If you haven’t tried the peppermint in the middle of summer you’re missing out! Incredibly Refreshing at the end of a hot and humid day!

I have been using this soap for 10 years and unless someone make a superior product I have no reason to change to another product. Here is an honest review: The problems I have with this soap are 1. It contains palm oil which, if not grown correctly is bad for the ecosystem. As I understand the manufacturer uses sustainable techniques but I cannot say one way or another. 2. The sodium hydroxide will make your stainless steel sink slightly dull. However, I found that adding a drop of dishwashing soap fixes the problem. Those are my two problems, otherwise, for cleaning and bathing this soap is invaluable. The reviews claiming that the soap is watered down are incorrect and probably posted by competitors. The gallon size jug generally lasts a year or so in our house. I distribute the soap in small pump containers at a 1 to 4 ratio (1 part soap, 4 parts water) for bathing and light cleaning. For the bathrooms I leave it at full strength. The peppermint aroma will irritate your eyes if you use too much but at least you are confident that it is strong enough for bathrooms. Given that I promised an honest review, I should mention, for those with sensitive skin the peppermint is too strong for bathing unless it is greatly watered down, probably a two table spoons in 12 oz of water or use a very small amount. Instead, my wife and I exclusively use the unscented or lavender for bathing. At any rate, this soap is not watered down and by the way, it does not contain pesticides-laden ingredients. It is effective and less harsh on the environment than similar products. For those with kids and/or pets, you can mix this soap with 100% peppermint or eucalyptus extract to make a safe but effective insecticide (1 tsp of oil extract, 1 tsp of soap and 8 oz of water). Sure, it is not as effective as raid but it does kill on contact within a minute or two and, unlike raid, it is not a neurotoxin. If you have never used this soap before, start with a small bottle and if your experience is not the same as my experience you have not lost too much money.

I recommend this item....... soap is good to use when it is hot outside it helps to Cool you off Like a nice fresh breeze..... It doesn’t take much to lather up or to use.... It’s a universal soap I use it sometimes when I go camping to wash dishes or to take a shower...... Keep in mind that it’s not antibacterial.... Best brand for anti-bacterial soap is dial... But this soap is biodegradable and does not hurt the environment.....
