> 3 dayI really like this soap. I do not use it on my hair as it leaves mine feeling sticky. I use it as a all over body face wash though and I love it. You get out of the shower with an allover tingly feeling and smelling like fresh peppermint. Super great. Downfall of the product is it leaves mad shower soap staining. I will deal with that with the drill attachment cleaning brushes (also found on amazon), because this all natural soap leaves me feeling really clean and refreshed

> 3 dayIf you like Dr. Bronners peppermint castile soap as much as me you will want a gallon of it. Castile soap is great for those with skin sensitivities. Scrub yourself with reckless abandon, its a gallon!

Greater than one weekI have been using this soap for 10 years and unless someone make a superior product I have no reason to change to another product. Here is an honest review: The problems I have with this soap are 1. It contains palm oil which, if not grown correctly is bad for the ecosystem. As I understand the manufacturer uses sustainable techniques but I cannot say one way or another. 2. The sodium hydroxide will make your stainless steel sink slightly dull. However, I found that adding a drop of dishwashing soap fixes the problem. Those are my two problems, otherwise, for cleaning and bathing this soap is invaluable. The reviews claiming that the soap is watered down are incorrect and probably posted by competitors. The gallon size jug generally lasts a year or so in our house. I distribute the soap in small pump containers at a 1 to 4 ratio (1 part soap, 4 parts water) for bathing and light cleaning. For the bathrooms I leave it at full strength. The peppermint aroma will irritate your eyes if you use too much but at least you are confident that it is strong enough for bathrooms. Given that I promised an honest review, I should mention, for those with sensitive skin the peppermint is too strong for bathing unless it is greatly watered down, probably a two table spoons in 12 oz of water or use a very small amount. Instead, my wife and I exclusively use the unscented or lavender for bathing. At any rate, this soap is not watered down and by the way, it does not contain pesticides-laden ingredients. It is effective and less harsh on the environment than similar products. For those with kids and/or pets, you can mix this soap with 100% peppermint or eucalyptus extract to make a safe but effective insecticide (1 tsp of oil extract, 1 tsp of soap and 8 oz of water). Sure, it is not as effective as raid but it does kill on contact within a minute or two and, unlike raid, it is not a neurotoxin. If you have never used this soap before, start with a small bottle and if your experience is not the same as my experience you have not lost too much money.

> 3 dayThis is the authentic Dr Bronners Castille Soap. I had the misfortune to buy from another seller a 2 pack of 33oz bottles that were watered down drastically to the point they barely sudsed at all and of course no refund offered. I cant say who since Amazon now censors negative reviews. This product is the authentic formula.

Greater than one weekI used to use Green Soap until a friend told me about this product. Now I use it exclusively for tattooing. I mix a minute amount with a bottle of distilled water and it works wonders. I do wish it didn’t feel so slimy if I use too much. The scent however makes up for it. It’s far less irritating on my clients skin.

> 3 dayI literally have not bought any other type of body soap or shampoo in 6 years. Dr. Bronners is the truth, and Peppermint is my favorite variety. Cleans great and leaves a nice cool tingling sensation on the skin. Leaves my hair soft too. Its a little pricey, but a little goes a long way and you really dont need any other shower products, so in my opinion its well worth it.

> 3 dayI used Dr. Bronners to kill the aphids on my plants this year. It worked really well. I sprayed my plants several times over a couple of weeks and all the aphids were gone. I know there are many more uses as well which I plan to explore. Great product!
