First time with hard shell luggage and will never go back! Love the colors that they offer ( we have 3 different colors). The mobility is great BUT the wheels are so free your luggage will walk away from you if not paying attention.

Beautiful luggage, great interior, nice handling. However, this lugg model on 1st plane trip got so scratched up and dinged..it was very disappointing to see. I should of ordered the textured level8 model instead.

Love these suitcases. Bought the 20 to carry on European flights and have never had a question regarding size. How they roll is amazing - not sure what kind of casters they use, but the are better than on any other suitcase that I have had. One warning - the first one I bought was the Navy color - it is great. The second was the light blue - this color tends to show marks from baggage handling more (I have checked it a couple of times). I would recommend the Navy over the light blue color.

I really liked this suitcase. It travels well, and has a good amount of space. However the top handle broke after my third trip with it.

I purchased this product to have a complete set of nice luggage. I took the large suitcase on a recent trip for its first time out. The attached pictures speak for them volumes.

Nothing spectacular here in the way of construction or functionality. The suitcase walls are thin, the nylon liner thinner yet and the various inserts are flimsy in fabrication. I liked the streamlined optics of the luggage, but the flat slab-sides makes it vulnerable to damage, especially when checking the bag for travel. Once loaded, the suitcase feels a bit more substantial, but again nothing remarkable.

This suitcase comes with a TSA lock and spinner wheels, making it both secure and easy to maneuver. The design is sleek and stylish in black, and the hardside construction provides excellent protection for my belongings. The suitcases size is perfect for carry-on, fitting comfortably in overhead compartments while still offering plenty of space for my essentials.

I traveled to Europe with this suitcase (and also a smaller carryon roller bag) and it worked well. It scuffed easily being handled by the airlines, but that has been the case for all luggage I’ve purchased.
