The scratches is a no, no!!

For as expensive as this was it should last longer than 6 months and not crack just from coming down baggage claim rack. Disappointing. Also can’t find anywhere on Amazon to get a link or number for the company to talk about a replacement or return.

I really liked what they looked like and rolled when I just received them. I just took my first trip with the medium size suitcase and it didn’t survive it first trip without being damaged. The corner dented and sides scratched up. In one use. A new suitcase used one tome turned into a suitcase that has traveled the globe several times and has taken a beating. Very disappointing.

Came damaged.

I got the set with the carryon, the 24” and the backpack. All items stood the test of loading and unloading a long flight and bus to resort. Yes, I have a few scratches, but each item held up remarkably. I don’t think I’ll be buying any luggage for a while. And, the set was a great deal compared to the company’s site.

Its a petty product but not very study. The handle stop working for me after one use so the handle doesnt go up all the way anymore. The shell isnt as strong as I thought. After one use I got a dent on the side and it was only a car trip so I wasnt even going through airlines. For what I paid for I am disappointed.

The design looks great and shows up nicely packaged in a protective sleeve. Now I know why. It got terribly scratched and scuffed up on the first trip. Went from looking great to looking trashed with one trip. There are no internal or external pockets, although it did ship with storage pouches that come in handy. Basically it’s overpriced for what it is. It really needs something to protect the outer shell or tougher material.

Beautiful luggage, great interior, nice handling. However, this lugg model on 1st plane trip got so scratched up and dinged..it was very disappointing to see. I should of ordered the textured level8 model instead.

This arrived a few days ago broken. Please send me a new one.

First the bag is not strong the handle cut off and there is not enough space in the suitcase so I wont recommend you to buy it. I dont have the bag with me here I should have posted it and I cant return it now is too late
