> 24 hourI had a couple Wyze cams and was looking for something a bit more capable and not tied to wireless. After some research I found Empire Tech and bought the IPC-T5442T-ZE, a PoE IP camera. As you can see in the photo, night clarity is phenomenal! The scene is lit almost entirely by the cameras IR lighting, just a bit of LED light from a security lamp mounted well beyond the left side corner of the house. Andy, the owner of Empire Tech, personally answered a couple questions I had, responding very quickly helping me get the setup dialed in. Nice to know there is excellent, responsive customer support behind my purchase. In addition, shipping was very fast, two days after order the camera was in my hands. As I get further into my setup, Im looking forward to purchasing more equipment from Empire Tech. I highly recommend Andy and Empire Tech!

> 24 hourI received the camera in working order. Works as expected and bought it with the amcrest matching wall mount. Fun project to get it all hooked up. Picture is excellent. Camera worked first time it was connected without issue. Had some trouble while mounting it due to a set screw that was a bit loose in the threads and got jammed without even taking it out. I was able to reach Andy and they are working to get me a new piece. I appreciate them reaching out to me on that and offering to take care of it. Despite the issue, they are fixing it so its still worth a 5 star to me.

> 24 hour1 mistake in the ad (it is not a wireless device), but they contacted me to clear it up. Spent a great deal of time on the phone with Jeff from Empire Tech, after I had returned the camera. He was *extraordinarily* helpful. I learned more in that conversation than I have in a several weeks of research. Dont think Ive ever had that level of service!! > 24 hourI have moved over to using Dahua (Loryta) cameras after my Lorex system died from an unfortunate lightning strike. These cameras are in a completely different ball game when compared to the quality of image and ease of adjustment of the Lorex IP cameras I was using. The night time images are better in every way. I initially ordered one to try out to see if I would want to order more and have since ordered nearly a dozen of them. Andy is also very helpful with firmware updates and any questions about settings and issues. I will definitely be ordering more when I look to fill gaps in my coverage.

> 24 hourThis is replacing a Lorex system that I had previously. Right out of the box without adjusting any settings, this camera completely blows the Lorex cameras out of the water. The zoom feature has been great to help me get the camera covering the exact areas that I need. So far I am very impressed. Andy from EmpireTech has also been super helpful throughout the process of selecting the right cameras for my system. I would 10/10 recommend both this camera and buying from EmpireTech.

> 24 hourI was disappointed to find out that the varifocal feature of this camera would not zoom out as far as an actual Dahua varifocal camera and one of them when fully zoomed would not focus. I had to pull it back some to get it to focus. If Empire could get this issue fixed it would be a great camera. But that is probably why they are able to sell it cheaper because these are cameras that didnt pass inspection to be sold through a commercial distributor.
