For anyone that loves a good hot epsom salt bath, this is a fabulous product. The grains are easily dissolved, the packaging is sturdy and re-close able. Worth the money.

I believe it is a good epsom product but I would NOT recommend if you do not like the smell of orange. I could not stand the way I smelled after the bath...and the smell during the bath. Relax and Refresh should indicate that it is an orange smell. I threw it away after one use. My bathroom even smelled like it. I am going to stick to the unscented.

I have two types of Arthritis and was recently sentenced to a wheelchair. I was formerly a horse trainer and somewhat of a farmer, growing corn and local grass for my 4 big four-legged kids. I always took an EPSONS SALTS AND CALVIN bath every night after putting in a full day. As sometimes happens,, Fate took a bit of a turn on me.. About 6 years ago, I crushed three vertebrae in my back. Ive broken over 27 bones over the last 30 years, and knowing Arthritis would be entering my life at some point...I thought I could use the salts to get ahead of the game. But luck wasnt with me this time, so I was forced to give up my big guys, (given to a petting Zoo), and the Ranch with ALL farm work. I have gotten progressively less able to walk very well...But I never gave up using the salts. It always, ALWAYS, helped with the knee, back and hand swelling, and relieving much of the muscle soreness. I dont think I wouldve appreciated the effects of the Salts if I had waited until the Arthritis was in full bloom. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS, especially those, like myself who are in the downside of the clock, or spent their years with body killing jobs. NOW...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EPSONS SALT TO EVERYONE. The scents now available are a definite PLUS!! The only problem with this purchase was that I shouldve been buying the 19 POUND BAGS all along...and not the 2 pound bags!!
