Epsoak Epsom Salt - 10 lb. Bulk Bag Magnesium Sulfate USP

Amazing value for the amount of product you get. I use two cups of this in bath and it really makes a difference in cutting down the muscle soreness the next day if I have worked out. There is no scent (which I dont feel strongly about one way or another). I have previously purchased more pricey sports recovery salts and these salts do the same exact thing to relieve soreness during a bath at a fraction of the price. Will continue buying this stuff in bulk as it is some of the most reasonably priced epsom salts on amazon.

Likes: Fine powder dissolves quickly. No big clumps in the bag. One 10 lb bag better than many 4 lb bags. Dislikes: Closure provided does not seal the bag. Twice the price of what I get at the supermarket. While this product seems high quality, the results are the same as the cheap stuff that costs half the price. Dont see the value in paying extra.

So much epsom salt for the money! I am truly pleased! This will last me so long. I originally got this because I read it deters raccoons. Not the case for me! But Ive found other uses like home made body scrubs, foot soaks, or just mix with some body wash when i need extra exfoliation in areas as I go. Shouldve made friends and family home made scrubs for Christmas I have so much salt! But atleast I have it on hand! Will buy again if I get through this bag!

Ive bought this product repeatedly, and I love it. I started taking epsom salt baths while powerlifting, and really loved the Dr. Teales lavender salts. It would help with muscle pain and help me relax. However, with the amount I use, that became cost-prohibitive. Now I buy bulk bags of Epsoak from the San Francisco Salt Company and add my own essential oils. Its much cheaper than buying the small, pre-mixed bag. The salts are good quality, dissolve quickly, and help ease muscle aches. The seller has always delivered on time, as expected. If you use epsom salts frequently, this is a great alternative to buying bags at Target or Walmart.

I recently started using this Epsom salt and I have to say, Im really impressed with the results! Not only does it help me relax and unwind after a long day, but it also provides a variety of health benefits.

Great for a bath when your muscle are sore and also good for constipation since it contains magnesium which penetrates through the skin. I also try using this as a gentle exfoliator in the shower; I shut the water for a minute and rub this on my legs , Then rinse. Better for a sooting bath. LASTLY, I once saw an episode of Dr. OZ where they say you lose water weight for an hour or so if you soak in Epsom salt for 10 minutes. 9If you drink a glass of water, the weight may come back? but they claimed its good if you want to fit into a tight dress in a pinch. I have not tried this...but just tip I heard if anyone is interested.
