I to read the one star reviews of this being a defective product but ordered it due to the more positive reviews. When it arrived I thought it was assembled wrong. I call Amazon and sent an email to the seller about the adult seal being on the wrong side. A few days later I watched a video on how to open the mask. The instructions in the package do not make it clear. Just hold the pillow side towards you with both hands and push the inside of the mask away from you with your thumbs and it will properly deploy. I would give this a 5 star review but only used 1 star so that potential buyers would have the correct information. I did reach out to Amazon and seller to let them know I was mistaken on my first call.

Purchased this for daughter taking an applied health class. The product is as described; portable in the zip bag that comes with. Appreciated the price point as well- ended up cheaper than what the school was selling!

These are quality face shields, it come with the adult and infant mask. The adult mask collapses in to make smaller, it also has an oxygen barb. The kit includes two filter / BVM adapters. Don’t forget to attach the filters before use to protect against disease. The kit also comes with a pair of nitrile gloves, 2 alcohol prep pads and a CPR reminder pamphlet. The bag it comes in feels pretty cheep but it should last for my usage. I added one kit to lightning x IFAK. Cant go wrong with these mask!

Have not used yet but look to be made of quality materials. The case is convenient to clip on my back pack and carry every where.

This is an excellent addition to our first aid kit. Especially by the swimming pool

I work in the mental health field at an inpatient facility and it is good to have a CPR mask in case of an emergency. Some people are germaphobes and it adds a layer of protection to the user. The mask has some areas for improvement the case is a little light weight fabric and I could see it tearing easily. The zipper is also pretty light and might fail down the road.
