Haven’t had to use it, thankfully but I did unpack it out of the wrapper to see what and how it looked like. At first sight it looks pretty good! I like that it comes with 2 masks so you can use it for infants too! I attached this pouch to my first aid bag but the black clip snapped off..... so if you want to attach it to a backpack or another bag, get yourself a metal clip that is stronger so it won’t snap off.

I like that the CPR mask combo has both adult and infant masks in a convenient carrying case.

I bought these for a CPR emergency. You have to push the folded adult CPR masks out before you can use it. The instructions were not clear how to do that. Once done, it works and fits over both the nose and mouth. The infant CPR mask is not folded and fits inside the adult CPR mask.
