I had never seen this type of splint before so was skeptical. I showed it to a friend who is a nurse and he said that it would work fine. So now I keep it in my first aid kit.

This is a nice SAM splint. Be aware, it is full size so have room in your first aid kit. If needed, I am confident it will do the job.

Expensive but good quality

this is bigger than I thought it would be. if this is for a ifak or med bag I hope its a good size bag cause this is gonna eat up some space.
