Fix-It Utilities Professional

I have been a loyal Fix-It Utilities customer for over eight years. A few times during the years I have used Fix-It Utilities, I have run into a problem or two. Every time I have contacted the Technical Support Team, they have always been courteous, patient and most of all helpful in helping me to resolve whatever problem I was having. I will continue to be a loyal Fix-It Utilities customer for years to come.

My PC was in a terrible state. I hadnt run a clean-up in years and I knew the slow booting and constant application crashes were getting more and more frequent. I have tried other utilities in the past but FixIt seemed to work the best. Now my PC is a lot better and boots 10 times a fast as before.

This is a great utility, keeps you away from those on line repair services, They seem to call right after your computer crashes.

VCOM sent out a promotional email indicating Free! Fix-It Utilities 15 computer utility software, and a license key (which turns out to be my old license key). However, its not really Free! - in my instance, user has to pay $19 for subscription renewal (this kind of software isnt worth that much year to year given other options out there). Im aware nowadays of their subscription renewal approach, but... The nature of the email is misleading in my view, it only mentions Free! and free upgrade several times, and says **nothing** about having to pay for a subscription renewal.

CANT GET RID OF KILLED MY COMPUTER AND HAD TO BUT ANOTHER .

Never could get this to work. contacted tech support twice they only contacted me back once they said firewall and anti virus was no longer included even though it was listed in the description of the product

Could not get it to install (my computer expertise goes back to the mid-70s when we only had punch cards!). I did not buy this program from Amazon, but from Best Buy, so as to verify that it had an install disk. I made it through multiple attempts to install, with each aborting with different reasons, such as bad email address (nope), etc.

I had this installed on my computer with automatic renewal. They sent the renewal notice 3xs to the WRONG email. I received an email that has a site to download the activation key. BUT GUESS WHAT? It wont accept any of my email accounts. They canceled my subscription and I then purchased a new sub, at FULL PRICE. I had to deal with someone in Malta. I Uninstaller the original copy, but still cant download the new purchase. An email to UPCLICK hasnt been answered yet. My old login keeps popping up, even after uninstallation. This is beyond crazy STUPID.

I have a really old XP Toshiba laptop that is about 6 years old. It has been running pretty slow so I bought this product from the Avanquest website. It has worked pretty well so far, my PC is definitely faster and the great thing is I dont need antivirus anymore, which is one thing that was slowing my machine down, this product has antivirus included.

I have to say this has been the worst experience I have ever had in the last 20 years dealing with a computer. People would not believe that I have been working on attempting to down load a simple virus protection program ( fix it Utilities Professional Version 15) for the last 24 hours and has yet to resolve the problem. I do know that someone in this company felt this was an ingenious idea, but it is a waste of time , unstable, and unclear.
