FLUKE-101 Digital Multimeter

For decades as an communications technician, I used Fluke day in and day out. More likely to lose than to break. Fluke is the best. I cheaped out bought something else. In the end, bought the Fluke. The only way to go in my opinion.

It would be nice if it had an ammeter, but they were clear about what it had so no surprise there. You can get a lot cheaper meters with the same or more functions, this ones just a very good quality implementation that costs to match.

A good quality compact meter, reasonable feature set for the money and construction worthy of the Fluke name-- EXCEPT for the cheap plastic test leads supplied. Fluke can do better, your fingers interface to a live circuit is not the place to save pennies. Give us proper Fluke-quality probes, please.

Highly recommended for keeping in your day to day toolbox

The meter arrived in a sales box inside a plastic bag inside a bubble shipping bag. The sales box was crushed but theres no apparent damage to the item inside.
