> 24 hourThe Fluke 233 is a good meter for the intermediate user. It offers nice features but that has a major design flaw...

> 24 hourI just purchased this DMM a few days ago. The wireless function is a lifesaver. I have been employed by a bus (Touring Coach) dealership for the past 14 years, as a service technician (mostly electrical/electronic circuit troubleshooting and tracing.

> 24 hourGreat purchase! Works well and the detachable part is really handy. For the price this is worth it.

> 24 hourIt seems whenever I need this meter and turn it on , the screen is dead! I have to replace the batteries again! This thing is a piece of crap! There is not enought warning when the batteries need replacement and it always drains the batteries even when off (due to the wireless feature). The microscopic figure on how to place the batteries is too small. Ive had to replace these batteries at least 3X a year! Im sticking to my old 87 model. At least that one last 1 year w/o battery replacement. The 233 model remote feature is nice when you need it, by I cannot trust this meter to function when I need it out in the field!

> 24 hourThis is an absolutely great tool. It has the quality that one would expect from Fluke. While working on automobiles, it is wonderful not to have to rely on other people any more than necessary. You can clip this multimeter to your desired circuit and then walk around the vehicle with the display in hand to do things such as wiggle tests or pull fuses to find parasitic drain. This thing is so useful that I cant believe it has taken this long to come out on the market.

> 24 hourA great idea for a portable DMM. The remote display is very handy and removes the requirement for long BNC cables.

Ahhh
> 24 hourI love this product!!!! I am a field service technician and I do VFD commissioning, and this Meter helps me out a lot. Previously i would have to just use a magnet on a regular Fluke, and that was hazardous when working with high voltage, but now with the detachable screen i just place the screen in my viewing range, and then take my measurements without having any slips.
