Fox amiibo

Purchased for my 4.5 year old. He loved it and in addition to using it with his wii u, he likes to just play with it as a figurine. Its great.

This amiibo is great, metroid looks so good. Hes so strong and isint afraid of anyrhing.

I had thought that the amiibos were going to be like playable custom characters. You would play against it, save your training data that it learned, and then be able to take the amiibo with you and have a custom fighter that YOU controlled and could fight against friends with. Thats not the case. While the amiibos are BEAUTIFULLY designed and very well packaged, theres not much else to them. And for collectors looking for use and packaging, you have to take it out of the box to use it, making collecting them in mint a moot point. I understand why theyre a hot seller for Nintendo fans (like me admittedly), but younger players or players looking for a new edge to their game arent going to find much fun out of it other than a pretty alright training opponent and a way to piss of your friends once it hits lvl 50.

The Smash Amiibos are really quite awesome. For their base price they are a decent quality and their tie in effects are a lot of fun. I got this Captain Falcon Amiibo for my boyfriend and was quite pleased to see his quality in line with the others, and maybe a bit better than some of the other human Amiibos.

Nice amiibo figure, the detail is amazing, it looks nice. We got a good one, with a nice paint job and the sword is not bent to hell, which Ive noticed is a problem with some amiibo figures that have swords, like Marth and Link. The only problem I had with this figure, is the damn price...paying over the retail price rubs me the wrong way. I only got it because it was a gift and Gamestop cancelled my pre-order for no apparent reason. So being in a bind I had to purchase at double the retail price, which isnt as bad as Ive seen some re-sellers selling this particular amiibo for. All in all, its a nice amiibo, the person I got it for loves it. Is it worth double or triple the price? No, I dont think so, but in the end its your decision. I will say this, Nintendo has stated they will be re issuing certain amiibo figures, so if you cant find one for a decent price, maybe wait and see.

Perfect. I love Link. Hes my favorite. We got him, Zelda and Shiek for Hyrule Warriors. I dont remember what the condition of the box was but we didnt care since we opened it right away.

It arrived on time in perfect shape and does what its supposed to do. No complaints here.

Im glad Amazon and Nintendo have decided to finally play nice together. Amazons amazing handling of such a hot product was wonderful and very appreciated. My only complaint is that Id still prefer to buy my miibs in store so I can pick the highest quality one.

What a delightful blob. The amiibo is cute, works as it should, and made the perfect gift for my Kirby-loving partner.
