These are super easy to open to get things on and off. They also have a decent size no too big to fit through smaller loops. We are using them on our diaper bag for sunscreen and others items.

I use these with resistance bands which are then placed on hooks attached to wall studs. The hooks were powder coat painted to match the walls. This product will not scratch the paint.
