I absolutely love these! I have them on every lamp in our house and I used one for the Christmas tree this year which was wonderful. Ive never had them disconnect or not work. Set up is simple BUT, YOU CANNOT HAVE A 5GHZ WIFI CONNECTION. It WILL NOT work!

So far I use these to control lights and a fan. I have a tri band router that all my wireless light bulbs and video doorbell connects to the 2.4 GHz band but these plugs are difficult. I ended up getting a 2.4 GHz only router to avoid future difficulty.

Very easy setup and easily works with Alexa.

All good however the app is not well designed

If your looking for a smart plug that for your first apartment. I do not recommend this brand unless you get a plan that is higher than 2ghz. Once I purchased it I downloaded the app and set my wifi up but I have a plan for 1gig not 2 and this product would even try to find it not even for a sec. So now I have cool looking plugs but useless because I cant turn them on and off whenever I want. Wish they had a version that fits all gigs and my one made for a small house or large apartment because Im in a one bedroom apartment and I thought it would be very useful but now they are only useful as displays.

You have to download a crappy app to get this to work and the app would not work so we returned this and ordered ones that were a bit more expensive but integrate easy with Alexa

The product itself is good, works as described and is easy to install. The problem is in the app!! They had a bright idea to push their products on you via this annoying banner that takes over your app and wont let you do anything until it finally loads 3 seconds or more at times later. So if you get on to turn off your kids light for example you will have to sit through the stupid advertising until you click on the X to close it up and its not just once daily or so its almost every time you open the app!!

I bought these to use for my tv and fireplace, but since I wasn’t completed with the build for that I used them for my fireplace and my Christmas tree. It was really great to just tell Alexa to turn on Christmas Time and both my tree and fireplace turns on lol. Really easy to pair up with your phone app/Alexa.

Tried everything and couldn’t set up the sockets. You have to download their app (which I don’t like) but I did because I really wanted these to work to control my Christmas lights. No matter what I did I couldn’t get them to link up with the app, my wifi and Alexa. Nothing worked. I am disappointed. It did not work seamlessly for me and I will opt for a brand that doesn’t need another app to work and one that will integrate easy with Alexa.
