Global 7 Vegetable Knife

This is the only knife you will ever need! Vegetables and herbs almost dice themselves! I could not be happier with my knife. I highly recommend this product. But be careful, it is extremely sharp!

Have had this knife for 10+ years. This is my go-to. My wife bought me an 8 inch shun ken onion knife that sits in bamboo holster. Holds a great edge and is a size I can use for anything. Even have my 10 yo using it.

Beautiful knife cuts, sharp, clean edge. Minces better than any knife I have had. Handle design could be improved a bit so as not to accumulate small pieces while cutting or cleaning.

Very cool and unique shape. As you could imagine it is a perfect knife for cutting vegetables.

The design of this knife is perfect for slicing and chopping vegetables and fruits like melons.. Very sharp and makes quick work of halving a large onion or dicing squash. Those who are used to a pointed chefs knife may find it a bit awkward at first but I find a pointed knife does not work as well as this one. The squared off end makes it easy to use both hands if necessary to attack a particularly hard vegetable with ease

Super balanced yet large enough for majority of basic cooking needs. I also have the heavyweight 8” GF vegetable knife but will most likely use this more due to it being easier to control. Nearly perfect knife.
