Global 7 Vegetable Knife

My fifth Global knife. Crazy sharp and very balanced. After four years and manually sharing my others I took them to a professional to get back to OEM specs. I have bought them for my mother as well, as she was the one who just bought new knifes at the store when they went dull. She was sold on it and is a great chopper. Cant go wrong with a global knife.

I am fortunate to have had many good knives to have tried. This is my favorite ever. I have small hands, and I am 51 and I have no problems using this knife. Great balance. I dont have problems with the knife slipping. After washing by hand I dry it and put it on a magnet. I have been using this knife continuously since purchase date. Aprox. 2+ years. I previously owned Wusthof, J.A. Henckels, and other quality German knives which I found to be heavier, and less balanced for me. For me this is the best kitchen knife ever- I really LOVE IT. What I did before I purchased it on amazon was check a bunch of knives out at a few local knife shops. This one was not recommended to me but when I found it and researched it I decided to buy it and I have no regrets, worth every penny and I recommend it- of course first try it to see how it fits you.(if you can at a knife shop).

Beautiful well balanced knife. I have expensive German Wustoff knives that I love, this is my first Japanese knife and it is really impressive. Fits perfect in my hand, weight is perfect and it is extremely sharp. Excellent product.

This knife is the best and I use it every day! Its great for chopping all my vegetables.

The Design of this knife is HORRIBLE! Not all people are as careful as they want to and we know what we will get (painful cut!). This brand is not taking peoples security into consideration. The corner close to the handle is general really sharp and some items even have a curve that is making it worse. I am really unsatisfied that the sharpness of this brands collection is good enough while you may get a few stitches on your skin easily.
