Global 7 Vegetable Knife

I have enjoyed using this knife daily for more than just vegetables. I love it so much I am giving it as a gift to a friend for Christmas! Talk about the joy of Giving!

Love this knife. I have several Shun Classic knives. This knife stays sharper longer....and has become my go to knife for all activities. It will slice through a tomato...paper thin. It makes slicing vegetables for a veggie soup a dream. Love Love Love it. I purchased the Minosharp hand sharpener and touch it up on a monthly basis. I have had the knife for about two years and it is still performing wonderfully. Do not hesitate...buy it!

You purchased this as recommended by the social media site Hot Thai Kitchen. The knife is sharp enough to make paper thin slices of tomato…it now my go to vegetable knife! Cleans up great in the dishwasher

This is a fantastic knife, excellent quality, extremely sharp. Holds its edge for a long time and sharpens well. I have fairly small hands and it feels great, the weight is well distributed and it makes for highly efficient chopping. Made a wonderful gift.

Bought this on sale at Amazon. Thought it was going to be bit bigger for my wifes small hand, but I and her loves to use it. It is great for slicing vegetables and meats.

My mom needed a nice knife. She decided to get into cooking as a hobby, but just had old cheap knives. I got her this so she wouldnt hate chopping things anymore. She absolutely loves this knife! Its sharp, and shes vegan, so it kills all vegetation.

Beautiful knife cuts, sharp, clean edge. Minces better than any knife I have had. Handle design could be improved a bit so as not to accumulate small pieces while cutting or cleaning.
