> 3 dayI love these! Install the app. Connect it to your alexa app. And my echo dot (5th gen) can turn them on and off for me! Especially when I dont want to move the couch to unplug something. Its so nice. I feel spoiled having these.

> 3 dayeasy to set up and use. i put them in my bathroom since my hair straightener doesn’t have an automatic shutoff. you can set a timer for them to turn on or off, and you also can control from your phone if you’ve already left the house. you can control each of the 4 outlets separately. def worth it!

> 3 dayThis product is exactly as described with some minor issues… One of the plugs somehow follow a different timezone??? It turns on an hour early than the other ones even though they all have the same timer settings. Not a big deal for me since I mainly use these for my grow lights. The prongs also do not turn so you just need to be wary of how your outlets are laid out, otherwise, it’ll end up taking more outlet space in your extension cord etc. Not necessarily the smart plug’s fault but just fyi, this only works with appliances with a manual type of switch, the kind that clicks. It does not work with appliances that has a touch on/off. I was bummed to find out my levoit humidifier doesnt work with this, but oh well. As for the good things: easy to install, connected to my wifi right away, easy google home set up (idk about alexa, I don’t own one), no stupid ads on the app, no annoying notifications.

> 3 dayFinally got the right product as described. I needed Bluetooth capability as I dont have Internet access. But For this product to work, you must have location/gps turned on. I do have issue with this as Im a very private person and have such controls turned off to the best if my ability.

> 3 dayThese plugs have helped me to add another level of automation to my home. I use these for appliances that dont need to be drawing power constantly but are difficult to plug/unplug due to the socket location. With the Alexa voice control I can simply tell them to turn on when needed. My favorite use for them is on my coffee bar with automation incorporated. Every morning around the time I wake up for work the plug automatically turns my Nespresso machine and milk frother on and then automatically turns off around the time I leave for work, ensuring they arent sitting on all day. The automation is super easy to set up in the Govee app.

> 3 dayAt nearly the one year of ownership mark, all 4 plugs stopped working. Nothing has changed with my WiFi settings, placement of plugs, etc. They just will not work no matter what I do to re-pair them. Warranty claim submitted...lets see if this manufacturer will replace under their terms and conditions. Ill update when I hear back. UPDATE: Well, Ill give them a ton of credit. They got back to me very quickly. Their response... My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Our tech team found the IoT Services have been down, affecting all Wi-Fi-related app features. As a result, your devices might not be working correctly. At this moment, we are working diligently to fix the issue. Once there is any up-date, we will let you know through our forum or notice in the APP. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Nicole Lets see if the products operation gets fixed on the back end. My only concern...Nicole insists theyll get back to me in the app with an update on the products operation. If theres a problem as stated, why not notify me in the app, too? Just a thought, of course... They fixed the problem but Im dismayed at the communication. They have a hidden message board in the app that controls these plugs. Thats where the outage was divulged. I would think that would be a banner in the app, something more apparent.
