Got the beard oil and balm in the Gentelmens blend (bourbon scent). I have not really noticed a major improvement on my beard. I like the oil better as it is easier to apply ( three drops is enough) the scent is mild and very pleasant. It smells like an old school barbershop. It smells very clean and is not overpowering at all. At first I could not place exactly what it smelled like but yesterday I found a candle that smells just like it. It was a sandalwood and lavender candle. My beard smells much better now and feels a bit softer but nothing miraculous. Good product for the price. Good smell. Does not leave beard feeling greasy at all. If you never used a beard oil I would recommend this one as it is half the price as other brands, smells better and feels the same on the beard.

It was finally time to replace my last tin from this company. On the old tin, my only complaint was the tin was annoying to open. I was happy to see that they changed to a threaded screw top... Until the screw top was stuck on the first open. Literally put it in a bench vise and used both hands and nothing happened. I finally caved and got a mini hook to pry it open, which ended in a super bent tin and a hook in my finger. Seriously guys, its a tin can essentially filled with lubricant. How hard could a decent container be?

Bought this after buying and using the Bay Rum scented kit. Love that one, love this as well. I wouldnt identify the scent as bourbon, and its definitely a lot lighter in scent strength than the Bay Rum, but very nice. Maybe a bit of vanilla in there... Both the oil and balm are great, and my 4 month old/long beard definitely really likes these products. I have curly hair and they tame the crazy mess very well. Bonus stickers included in the kit as well. Will be buying again, maybe more scents as well.

I love the scent it lasts all day. It blends into my beard nicely. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was the packaging. No box came in a little plastic bag and the oil was wrapped in bubble wrap. Also no sticker... all other companies I have dealt with give you free swag as a thank you and free advertising. But overall I highly recommend this product.
