The oil for pulling isnt bad nor the best. In the middle. This is more watery than the regular coconut oil.

My gums and teeth feel great after using, its just thick and threw me off.

Works great but I wish they sold it without the other stuff with it. It’s kinda pricey and I don’t need a new toothbrush and tongue scraper every month!

You NEED this in your routine! I have everything in the oral system for Guru Nanda and I bought two of these and plan on handing them out to my family . I have gum issues, and the first day I used this I noticed it was bringing up the nasty bacteria behind my gums!! I am going to religiously use this and also buy another two next month !!!!

The guru nanda brand has struck gold again! Super effective and is travel friendly! I am always hesitant to bring anything with me while I am traveling that may stain my clothes. This makes oil pulling while I am away from my home super easy and convenient! I love that this product actually works!

This stuff is amazing. 2 days after using this my gums already looked better and felt better. I love it. The tooth brush that came with it is the best I have ever felt in my life. I cant say enough.

I’m not a fan of the taste… but it does leave your mouth over all feeling cleaner after swishing as instructed and then brushing! My next dentist visit was better after 2 months
