> 3 dayAlright let’s be honest, swirling oil around in your mouth sucks, but having an unhealthy mouth sucks more. This is the least miserable way to do it. The toothbrush is lovely!

> 3 dayThis stuff is great at teeth whitening and overall positive dental health! The texture is similar to saliva and can cause a gag reflex but once your used to it, it’s not bad. Noticed whiter teeth in 4 days and better looking gums in a week (used twice a day)

> 3 dayI actually think its working. Smells okay, not a bad taste. Its just a familiar taste from the past. Not sure what that can be? I would recommend it.

Greater than one weekId read about the potential benefits of oil pulling and was intrigued but the thought of putting a spoonful of plain coconut oil in my mouth was so off-putting. I found this product and gave it a try. I really like the flavor - not too strong but definitely leaves my breath fresh. The consistency of the oil is good too. I havent noticed much if any whitening (Ive been swishing for 5 min, twice a day, for about 2 weeks) but Ive noticed a reduction in tooth sensitivity which has actually encouraged me to floss more. I used to avoid flossing because there were 4 or 5 areas of my mouth that were just so painful to floss. I knew that meant those areas probably needed it more but it was a hard thing to overcome with motivation. Since using this pulling oil Ive noticed that flossing isnt nearly as painful (if at all) so Ive been doing it a lot more frequently. Definitely give this a try if youre new to oil pulling and/or suffer from sensitive teeth and gums!

> 3 dayWorks great but I wish they sold it without the other stuff with it. It’s kinda pricey and I don’t need a new toothbrush and tongue scraper every month!

> 3 dayIt shows a tounge scraper - there was NO tounge scraper, it came with a tooth brush and about 5 floss sticks. It has a pleasant taste, and I am guessing that it will do what it says, it just isnt for me. The directions say to swish it around for a couple of minutes and spit it out in a trash can (I am thinking the coconut oil will eventually clog your pipes), rinse and then brush your teeth. Even after the brushing my mouth still has a light coating of the coconut oil - I just dont care for that feeling.
