Gutermann Sew-All Thread 1094 Yards-Black (24357)

Ive used this thread before best quality thread just bought a new sewing machine and wouldnt trust any other brand on my new machine

This is my go-to thread for quilt piecing and sewing clothes. It is sturdy, rarely breaks and I havent had many fluffs of thread to clean out of my machine. Gütermann is a really solid company.

It doesnt clog up my sewing machine. It doesnt break easily. What more could I ask for?

This is all I use for sewing quilt tops, face masks, and clothes. Very reliable.

great thread. Not sure why it looks blue in the picture but it was white and stong. Will buy again.

So thin it is hard to thread. Seems like it will break easily. I thought this was a better brand. I have never seen thread to thin. Any thinner and it would not be visible.

I really dig Gutermann thread, after having used C&C for so long its apparent how much higher quality the Gutermann thread is, it sheds fewer fibers feels more consistent and is a little easier to work with.

My sewing machine only works well with Guttermann thread. This spool was not the usual quality and kept splitting which was difficult when threading my needle.

but when it came in the mail it arrived with another spool of a different brand that i ordered. This spool which is white was rolling around in the box, the other spool which was black was in its own little plastic bag. the white spool was all dirty on the outside, i tried to dust it off but it didnt work. the black spool was very clean and what i expected (being in a bag and all). I was disappointed in the white spool because i intended to use it with my new machine and i wasnt sure how the little bit of dirt would effect it. not to mention i dont know what kind of dirt it is and i wanted to make kids clothes with it. I just made a bobbin and tossed it out, but with expensive thread that is not ideal. I just didnt have time to send it back and see what happened. i probably could have made my project then washed it, but i would have been taking a chance that the thread was stained and didnt want to take the chance of having to start over.
