HABA My Very First Games - First Orchard Cooperative Board Game for 2 Year Olds (Made in Germany)

I got this for my 1.5 year old at Christmas but I think it was too early for her. Fruit pieces are attractive and smooth and smaller than I expected. She put them in her mouth so I prefered to put thegame away and try again when she is a little older.

I got this game for my 19 month old son to start learning board games. The pieces are large enough that there is no fear of choking. It is a very simple gameplay, but it is great for starting to instill the basics of rules and boardgames. Hes still a bit young for actually understanding that were playing a game and there are certain rules, but even so, he really enjoys the opportunity for interaction as his father and I try to explain to him what to do. Even if he doesnt always want to play the game with rules he enjoys bringing it out to play with the pieces. Weve had it about a month, and Im excited to see how he progresses with understanding the rules and gameplay.

Cute game we picked up for our 2yr old for Christmas. However, the Raven was NOT included in our game pieces, which makes for a bit of challenge when playing the game. Too bad, has nice potential

My 2.5 year old loves this! It was his very first game, and is very easy to learn. The materials are very high quality. All the fruit seem to be made of solid wood.

We love this game! My 2.5 year old picked it up very quickly and understands the rules. He can even set it up himself.

We use this game in a preschool classroom and the kids love it. A teacher is the crow and swoops in to eat all the fruit if the teacher/crow wins. The students love it and want to play it again. It reinforces color, counting and taking turns.

GREAT game!! Well made and soo fun. My child ALWAYS asks for this one. This version is for a younger crowd--probably 2-6 but they have an older age group version. So fun and great for learning rules and cooperation. A must have game for all families.

Cute game for my 2 year old. She loves it. Teaches taking turns, colors, organizing, etc.. No single winner or loser, you win or lose as a team.
