> 3 dayThe best anti furniture tip product on the market. Sometimes a challenge to install but works with very heavy pieces. Ive used it to anchor Crate and Barrell dressers and drawers which weigh over 200 lbs and Ive tested them and they dont tip. Ive used other systems that rip straight out of the wall or furniture.

> 3 dayIm an engineer and spent quite a bit of time researching the anti-tip products, very unhappy with the common plastic device. It didnt make sense to me to have them strapped from the top of the bookcase to the wall above the bookcase. Why? Cause when it tries to fall forward, the weight of it will likely pull the screw out of the wall (even with an anchor) or tear through the top of our MDF bookcase. I watched the video associated with this product and started doing my happy dance. Sure, you have to cut a hole in your precious bookcase and position it such that it screws into a stud. But so what! This product, installed correctly, will definitely not fail. I am happy to know that the shelves might break if my kids climb on it but it will NEVER fall on top of them.

> 3 dayIt uses 1/16 wire rope, so the working load limit should be around 100 lbs, not 400lbs.
