> 3 dayI have become a HexClad superfan since I received my first piece, the 12 wok. After that, I have amassed a complete set and must say that this cookware is a dream come true. As a food writer, I have written about pots and pans, comals and tortilla presses, clay cookware and cast iron. But HexClad has hit the nail on the head with this innovation. The best of all worlds: cast iron durability, stainless beauty and heat balance, AND easy to clean. Its even dishwasher safe. Did I mention the lifetime warranty? From basic to gourmet dishes, you will up your game with this cookware. Come over for dinner and I will show you how great it is!

> 3 dayThese are exactly what they advertise, non stick, durable and well made. Got a 12 inch frying pan and liked it so much I got this. I have other expensive pans and there is no comparison. This pot will boil two cups of water in half the time my others will. I love it! (The lid is very well made as well.)

> 3 dayYes, it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! The Hexclad is the best (and last) brand I will ever own.

> 3 dayI put in a great deal of time researching the purchase of new pots. HexClad came out well on top. The only negative is that they are made in China and I had vowed not to purchase anything from China. I broke that vow! These truly are wonderful! I actually love to cook now and the cleanup practically does itself!

> 3 dayIve been using this for a couple of months now. I find it transfers heat quickly and evenly. Not quite as easy to clean as true non-stick, but still a lot easier than plain stainless steel or cast iron or cast aluminum. My habit is to use it as a dishpan when there are only a few dishes to wash. Dropping utensils into it to soak is not a problem, No worries about scratching the surface. I have a full set of perfectly good cast aluminum pots and pans (Guardian Service, inherited from my grandmother) and eventually will replace these with hex-clad.

> 3 dayAs noted in other reviews, takes awhile to warm up, though the quality is noticeable, and few weeks in, no issues such as sparkling of non-stick. Treating it with care (as in no dishwasher) and looking forward to a few good years of use.
