They heat water in a flash. You can use metal inside them and they wont scratch. You can throw them in the oven up to 450. Plus they can go right into the dishwasher. Love them. Use to have copper bottom and used them for 30 years. I hope that these will last that long. They are very heavy though, so if you are weak in the wrist these might not be for you.

These are THE BEST pots and pans I have had in my many many years. Cooks evenly - clean up is a breeze. Not too heavy either. I got one for a gift and went back to purchase a few more to complete a set. Well worth the price. Highly recommend.

Long time hexclad user and have almost every pot and pan they make. These are just the perfect mix of stainless steel and nonstick available.

I would love an entire set of HexClad. However, with weak hands and wrists, I cannot hold a full 3 qt. saucepan without two hands due to the weight of the product. The quality is absolutely amazing.

Even heating, and I can put it in the dishwasher! My only dislike is if I do use a metal utensils is the sound it makes as it touches the bottom!

I put in a great deal of time researching the purchase of new pots. HexClad came out well on top. The only negative is that they are made in China and I had vowed not to purchase anything from China. I broke that vow! These truly are wonderful! I actually love to cook now and the cleanup practically does itself!
