UPDATE: The company reached out and was able to replace my unit, which wasnt outputting as well as it should have. Ive upgraded my star rating from 3 to 4 as I do value great customer service like this. For the price, I was really hoping that this small humidifier would perform better. Out of the box, it was very easy to set up and the included power adapter has a decently long power cord. The water canister can be filled by removing the top lid and pouring water into it, or you can leave the lid in place and filled from the top, which is extremely convenient. Perhaps the easiest humidifier to fill that Ive used. The controls and display are on the top of the unit. This is not my preferred option as you can only see the display if you are standing next to the unit. The buttons are responsive and you have full control over the mist strength, timer function, sleep mode, and Auto mode which keep the humidity adjusted to around 60% or so. Unlike with other humidifiers, you cannot set an exact humidity level on this one, which is a bit of a shame. The mist can be directed, but its still pointed upwards. As for effectiveness, I have to say that Im disappointed. The claim that The superior TuberMist technology and dual powerful 360° nozzles can swiftly raise humidity by 12% in just 20 minutes is simply not something Ive been able to replicate. In one room thats particularly dry, I left the unit running at full power (level 3 mist) for many hours, and it only raised the humidity in the immediate area (measured using two accurate sensors) by only 5-6%. In contrast, I have another small humidifier that has no trouble raising the humidity by at least twice that amount. If you like to add essential oil to a diffuser, youll be happy to know that theres a special tray to drop oil into at the front of this unit, which prevents the water from being contaminated with oil. Overall, at the current price of $90, I have a hard time recommending this unit. It may work fine in a very small room with the doors closed, but its not ideal for medium rooms with an open door.

easy to use, easy to clean and very quiet

Best I ever got!

I got this on a whim knowing the cold and flu season is approaching, then Bam we got sick. This was super easy to use, and refill. I love that I can add essential oils and that its more compact that the previous humidifier I had years ago.

This is an excellent humidifier for one of my spare bedrooms, which is around 375 sq.ft. With a 5L tank, it can operate for about 4 days between refills with the humidity level set to 45%. It’s also very quiet, with the ability to set it to sleep mode. The all-plastic construction appears a bit flimsier than most other humidifiers in this class. But I like that all the control functions are located on the top; makes it easier to use. The unibody design is also very unique in this class of humidifiers; makes it a breeze to refill and clean without risking spilling water along the way. The onboard hygrometer measurements seem to be higher than the external hygrometer that I have, by about 5 to 8%. So, I adjust the target humidity level accordingly. I have not used the essential oil feature, as I don’t want to add fragrance to the air.

I initially got this to put in a small bedroom but have since moved it to the larger bedroom. It works really well at throwing the moisture into the air and does have 3 speeds as well as an auto mode. The only downside is the room I put it in is too small and even the lowest setting the humidity keeps climbing. It does have a sleep timer though so Ive resolved the issue by having it shut off while Im asleep. In a larger room this isnt an issue and the humidifier functions perfectly. The only reason I knocked a point off my rating is because this is going to be a huge pain to clean. The basin that the water fills in will clean easily, but the part the steam comes out of is not going to clean much at all. I know from experience that it will likely mold over time if I dont keep it clean. I will say this seems to be a universal problem with humidifiers though.

This humidifier has a large tank so it will last quite awhile before you refill it. It also has a light option which I rarely use as I turn this on at night and any kind of light will make it hard for me to sleep. Fortunately it does work quietly (no dripping noises) and it keeps the air moist and I can tell the difference when I wake up in the morning. Theres also a tray that you can eject -you can add essential oil but I rarely do as it leaves a greasy residue which you have to clean later. What it lacks in design (I find it rather plain looking and a little bulky) it makes up for in holding a lot of water so you dont have to keep refilling it. But I like humidifiers that are smaller and go better with my decor.

Right when I took this out of the box, I noticed how well made this is. Its a high quality plastic that composes this humidifier (some of them feel plasticky - this one, less so). This has some really nice features! We like how you can change the light color by toggling through the button. The light isnt too bright, which makes it perfect for nighttime - you can also toggle the light off. We tested the auto-shut-off and it worked just like it should. Its convenient to be able to direct the humidity in two directions, instead of just one. You can set the humidifer to auto mode, or toggle through 3 different levels of mist. And being able to fill this from the top?! Its a game changer for people who might struggle with flipping the bottom-loading style upside down. This reservoir is really easy to fill and put back into place without spilling water or twisting your wrist. This humidifier gurgles when it starts up, and then occasionally will lightly gurgle while its in use. The machine itself is next to silent other than this. If you use a white noise machine or are used to a humidifier in your room, the occasional light gurgle probably wont bother you. Because weve used other humidifiers that dont gurgle (at all), we knocked one star off specifically for this. Overall, were impressed and hope this humidifier lasts more than one year!

Great humidifier for the dry winter heating months. Humidity control, ample water capacity, and interesting LED lights. Also has a spot for essential oils, I have not tried this feature.
