Not formed correctly as bolt bottoms out before clamp is tight. Will need to remove material for the brackets to work.

Bought these to put a LED light bar on my trucks push bar. They worked very well. Just be aware that you may need to open up the light bar mounting holes, I did because the mounting bolts on my light bar were too big. No big deal for me since I have a mill, but for others, might be more of a challenge.

I wasted $20 and 6 hours building and fabricating mild steel brackets from the local HD. Should have saved myself the time and ordered these. Work great. Haven’t stripped the screws out yet. Can take more than 80mph wind and stay in position. Don’t know what else you might want them to do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I actually used these on the upgraded adjustable upper rear control arms on my Jeep as an attachment point for my brake lines and they are perfect. They keep the lines off of everything so no rubbing/abrasions and after hours of off-road use they are still tight and right where I put them. Easy to install. Great value and sturdier than expected.

Size is correct for 1.625. They seem sturdy, I dont think they will move.
