> 3 dayNot a touch screen. Product discription did not include preloaded softwate and that windaow10S you can only get software from the Microsoft store on the computer itself. Also rhat it has its own HP extended warranty to purchase. I ened up canceling subsciption I purchased for Norton, Warrenty, and office after learning what was already loaded on and the blocking the S mode did not allow these outside things to work.

Greater than one weekI use this for work once or twice a week for work apps that dont work well on mac. In the second month of owning this, I started getting battery errors. I have to mail it in for repairs. They wont replace this even through its new. Now I cant work at home for the 30 days they say it will take to repair.

> 3 dayThis was no touch screen and it didnt work and I bought it brand new..got it Friday 6:30pm doped it off at UPS the next day in the am and this was last month and they still didnt start my refund until yesterday..dont buy this or any other laptop online they take forever to give you your money back.. its not good for online school it will keep kicking you out..just a waste of my time and my money.
