The one year subscription of office 365 was not on the laptop. It took me several contacts between Amazon, legendary computer, HP, and Microsoft to get my subscription. Wasted 3 hours of my time over 3 days to get it.

Great laptop comes with a perfect bag (by the way made with extremely good quality) everything fits great, extra space for other things . Windows 10 S. I mean it’s just an awesome computer all around this is my first laptop in awhile and I love it.

I use this for work once or twice a week for work apps that dont work well on mac. In the second month of owning this, I started getting battery errors. I have to mail it in for repairs. They wont replace this even through its new. Now I cant work at home for the 30 days they say it will take to repair.

Two weeks after this computer arrived it refused to come on and kept saying warranty expired. Im sick of companies like this ripping customers off. Took my last dollars to purchase a computer that was needed to end up with this.

Great produce

I honestly wish I could return this laptop. I bought this for the most basic use- uploading and editing photos and minimal web surfing. This computer lags so bad. I constantly have to restart and reboot and it takes at least 20 minutes to do so. Guess I should have just spent more and bought a Mac.

Great for its purpose.

I love this computer, like any other works great, but ever once in a while it will static up the whole screen and you see anything. You can fix it by pressing on the back side on the screen but very annoying.

It works really well. It’s very lightweight and the battery life is wonderful. I use it mostly for school work and it has not given me any issues so far.

Too slow, returned
