HP 24-inch All-in-One Desktop Computer, AMD Athlon Silver 3050U Processor, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home (24-dd0010, White)

I bought this a year ago. it has never been right. the sleep feature does not work. the mouse does not work consistently. i have used task master to try to clean it up but to no avail. I just did reinstall hoping that would help and it did not. now all the horrid work to clean it up yet again. do not waste your time. never HP again.

Sleek and cool looking pc, works and looks great and snazzy on your desk, screen is pretty big too. Some issues thought Ill list here, keyboard and mouse is good, but get something custom for you, what they include is smaller on the normal size. USB ports are few and are on the back of the pc with the headphone jack, so if you dont mind these little hinderances, its all good. Id leave 4 stars, but for the price I paid at the time, it balanced itself out, so cant complain.

HP customer service is the worst! I bought this item, and, within the first 5 weeks, it went black on the screen. I had to travel 60 miles round trip to mail it back to them, in the carton, HP provided. It was over a 2 week wait to have it returned to me. It only stayed fixed for a few more weeks. Now I cant get the right department, to return it to them, once again. The screen goes black intermittently, sporadically. I give up. I love the large screen, but, other than that, I think its a waste of money. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. I am HUGELY disappointed, and I juts hope the screen stays on. ARRGGH!

Does not work

I didnt need anything fancy - smancy for what I use this computer for. No gaming, big time storage, extensive business use, yadda, yadda, yadda so this machine is working out fine for me to date. Ive had it for a couple of weeks now and had someone who was computer wise suck all of the information stored on my old machine into the new unit. I would have been lost trying to tackle that myself.
