    I received a used computer in a generic box. This was a big surprise. It could not connect to our wifi, there was definitely something wrong with it since we have dozens of devices on our wifi. 2 stars because the refund was quick and painless. Just ask before you buy!

    i got a white when i really wanted a silver, having a kid with hands in everything is the reason, and i dont like white for a device anyway. i was disappointed when i saw a white laptop instead of a silver one. the keyboard would take some getting used to also as its a tab. i noticed that the flash drive took a bit of a wiggle before jacking in also. got it today. im not so happy with it but ill give it a go since returnung it would leave me with no device.

    Charge port has failed twice in four months. Bad quality for the money - have moved to a traditional laptop. When it worked, it was nice, but after new chargers at 60 a piece, it’s becoming very expensive.
