Greater than one weekIf my son would let me Id return this and get him a real lap top. The limits on this device are infuriating, the picture is terrible. My son loves it because its his first lap top and hes 9, but I hate it with an unhealthy passion. Spend an extra hundred and get something that is not a chrome book if you want sanity in your life.

> 3 dayHP - very disappointed with my experience with your brand. My daughters chromebook quit working altogether and I followed all of your teams instructions to have it returned. First, you wanted to charge me which I found odd. Then, I was told that if I purchased the extended warranty I wouldnt have to pay for shipping to have the defective product fixed. Really? Next, Im told that I cant get the product back until almost April, or at least that is the best case scenario. 2 of your reps told me this was the case... I explained that if it was mine for personal use Id probably deal with it although still be disappointed. However, my daughter uses the chromebook for school so waiting until April really isnt an option. Its already been almost 2 weeks since it quit.

> 3 dayI’ve purchased 3 of these now. 2 from another big box store and 1 from Amazon. I got them for my kids for virtual school, homework etc. My youngest (6 years old) loves it and uses it with ease as well as my older ones ( 8 & 9 yrs old) really great computer. Fast processing and love the touch screen.

Greater than one weekif you have this computer and it doesn’t treat you like garbage like mine does, disregard this review. if you’re getting this as a first computer like i did, don’t. i got it for school and just to have it when i wanted to use a laptop and there is so many things wrong with this thing. the main thing is that this laptop likes to disconnect me from the wifi, so if you’re on zoom call meetings and whatnot you would probably be cut out of them. second is i don’t like how there’s a search button instead of a caps lock, and it aggravates me when i accidentally press search. also there’s only one usb port so really if you needed to use multiple at the same time it would have to be usb-c. which not a whole lot of people have yet. however, the touchscreen is good for the most part. keyboard is too. but if you’re looking for something good for a computer, i don’t recommend this. get a windows or something.

05-04-2025GREAT BUY. WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR VIRTUAL LEARNING FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD. Definitely pleased. Makes me jealous of my own child. Easy to setup and use. So far no issues at all.
