Works great - it is advised that it not be used multiple seasons though because it will weather and become unsafe. That was disappointing to read, but it makes sense.

Dont hunt from a fixed stand without this. I can save your life.

Cowbell cover is nice touch. With just a little bit of modification there is no metallic noise that I can hear.

You know, 3 years ago I thought climbing a tree with these would be a pain. However, 2 years ago I tried my first HSS LL. Now they’re at all of my lock-on stands. They work great and they ARE NOT hard to use. Just clip in and slide the prussic knot up the tree as you go. Once at the top, you’re good to go. Bought this tandem LL for two lock-ons I put on one tree so my nephew could hunt with me. This is nice because I don’t have to buy and put two LLs up. I highly recommend these HSS LLs and the best prices anywhere for them is here on Amazon.
