My husband was only able to successfully use this once, it broke before the second use. Ironically it broke 1 day after the return period. Fortunately, Amazon.com still gave us a refund.

Perfect exactly what the hubby wanted. Makes me happy.

The item was useful when it worked but it only lasted less than 1 month in actual use.

Spend the extra few $$ to get the digital Klein receptacle tester.. This one doesnt rely on batteries, and i keep it as a back up.

Worked exactly as described, Excellent tool.

I am in the electrical business. my other one quit working

Use this every day Power check houses troubleshooting and check gfci protected outlets

Good device to have around apart from testing GFIs it will also tell you if the outlet has been wired incorrectly.
