I bought this to check the temperature on my griddle surface. Im actually really amazed at how well it works for such little money. Its really accurate and fast to get temperatures and the display is nice and very visible in all lighting conditions. Well worth the money.

We have one of these and love it. This one is for our daughter. Every thing she cooks needs to be checked for temp doneness and what could be better than this kitchen gadget. Perfect is the word!!

I bought this to replace an older infrared thermometer temperature gun that I had. Compared to that one, this display is much easier to read, and it is much easier to change the batteries. The accuracy is equal to my my old one. I use this to measure oil temperature when I am cooking.
