> 3 dayPost holders such as this are essential to many deck / pergola / etc. projects. Anywhere that you want to use a 4x4 upright and not use the ugly galvanized hardware store brackets. These are priced about right and are well-constructed of good gauge steel, nicely welded, and appear to be powder coated. Time will tell if the finish holds up without rusting - Ill update if there are any problems. But for now, these represent a good value.

> 3 dayThe decoration on the bases looks great. More importantly, these are made with thick sturdy metal. There are 4 large drainage holes on the bottom to prevent water from pooling causing rust and rot. A bag of mounting hardware is included. I will be using them as part of a greenhouse build once the land is cleared.

> 3 dayWe are using these to anchor the base 4 by 4s that we are using to support an entrance to a doorway for our back entrance .We have attached them to the concrete slab with lag bolts .They appear to be well made and the finish should hold up well in weather . Would highly recommend and the money spent is a good investment .

> 3 dayReally nice product, sadly too large for our project. We bought these for a wishing well project build. When they arrived they were way better than expected. They were just a little bit too large for the project so sadly we had to return them. I’m trying to think of another project that I can do so that I can buy them again. I would highly recommend these for strength, and aesthetics. Highly recommended.

Greater than one weekI really love these post base- love the design and it gives it an upgraded look to my arbor. They are well-made, sturdy, durable and was easy to attach.

> 3 dayThey look really nice & have a decent weight to them. They aren’t all exactly the same. We are in construction phase & have all the lumber we need. I had to try different ones on different 4x4’s, even had to try each end to get them to fit. Kind of a pain. Not all of them fit on the 4x4’s we have. Will have to try to hammer them into place.

Greater than one weekThese post bases are very cleanly made (no over-welding) the base itself is thicker than the sides and should hold up very well with proper installation. Well be using ours to set up a patio sail or two with some antique string lights thrown in for ambiance. While screws were provided, I will likely be opting for some slightly larger ones with a bit deeper bite (as I tend prefer a little overkill when it comes to projects like this... go big or go home... right?). These bases will give the project a nice, finished look

> 3 dayI had to replace the newell post on my outdoor deck that leads to the stairs rail. The Insaga 4x4 post base was a stylish way to attach the new post to the deck while also protecting the base from wear. Sometimes we tie a leash around the base of the post for the dog to be outside. However, when she runs around, it eats away at the base of the wood post. The post base provides a protective cover for the post base. It was easy to install, seems to be durable and looks great!
