It’s been working great!

The cpu is mesmerizing. It’s auto clocking easily to 5ghz and staying very cool and performant. If you are gaming consider the 5800x3d as it’s a close battle between these two for good value cpus.

What I dislike was the dirt on the top of the processor. It came in a sealed box, but still it had the dirt (see the pictures) on the top of it. It was really a bad experience to pay for a new unused thing to see it like used. I cant believe it passes Intels quality control like that. I did not touch the top of the processor, it was like that from the box.

Replaced my 8700k with the 12700k. happy happy joy joy! No complaints.

It would be nice if theyd kept the same mounts as 1151 or at the very least included a bare minimum push pin cooler while you wait for a bracket adapter for your water cooler but that aside the performance is astounding even with older GPUs like the 1070

Im pleased with the this processor, definitely a noticeable improvement from my last i7.

Intel came back strong with the 12th gen and their i7 SKUs are a blessing. Its one of the most recommended CPUs for gaming and productivity alike and despite the minor issues with the new P-E Core structure, the performance has been great and a great value for money too.

Amazing cpu all around, got no complaints about that here. The shipping on the other hand is a complete mess. Shipped in an over sized box with no bubble wrap or protection at all. Crossing my fingers and hoping shes still gonna run. Great processor, but pay the extra money and get it from somewhere besides here so you dont risk it arriving broken.

this cpu is powerful and can manage a good overclock easy with 280 aio cooler and asus motherboard got to 5.3ghz easy . i think can go more if i have custom cooler
